KM Traders is a well-known neighbourhood supermarket in Madikeri, Coorg — selling daily essentials, dairy products, spices, and household items at wholesale prices.
Their challenge: customers wanted to order online for home delivery, but the store had no digital ordering system. Orders came through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins — creating operational chaos during busy periods.
They needed a complete e-commerce platform that matched how their customers actually shop.

We built a complete grocery e-commerce platform — web storefront, product management, cart, checkout, and order tracking — tailored to the store's product catalogue and delivery model.
Key design decisions: category-based navigation for quick browsing, cash-on-delivery as the primary payment option (matching customer preference in the region), and a free delivery threshold to encourage larger orders.
