Origin Story
It started with a broken spreadsheet.
Resido Technologies was not planned. It was the outcome of a real frustration — hostel administrators at medical institutions in India managing hundreds of students' mess bills with Excel files, WhatsApp messages, and manual calculations.
We built Resido to fix that. A platform that generates bills in bulk, processes payments online, handles leave rebates automatically, and gives students a native mobile app. What took days now takes minutes.
As we built Resido, we got requests from other businesses — shops, clinics, institutions — who needed their own software but had no one to build it for them. That's when Resido Technologies became a full software studio.
We're a small, focused team building software for India's businesses and institutions. Not enterprise fluff. Not generic SaaS. Real tools for real problems.
Problem discovered
Hostel mess billing at KOIMS running on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Hours per billing cycle.
Resido v1 shipped
First version of Resido launched. Bulk billing, payment collection, and student app live.
First client project
KM Traders Coorg — grocery delivery platform. End-to-end product built and deployed.
